First go to Oreburgh city.

Then go to Route 207

Go to the back of route 207

DON'T GO TO THE CAVE ON THE RIGHT GO UNDER THE BIKE BRDIGE!!!!!

Go to the very back and you will go in the secret cave.

use strength there on the boulder.

Then you are done
